Vinpro Coaching’s founder – BJ Jhaveri, started his professional journey in 1987 in the Information Technology industry in India. After working for large tech companies, he with a few friends initiated a computer system integration business. 

Even though the business quickly flourished, he was misaligned with his partners about the manner of conducting the business. His decision to quit the business partnership sparked a deep introspection on partner engagement, consensus, and emotional regulation. This led to his quest into ‘human engineering’. The transition was vital in his journey to evaluate the importance of building a business on value alignment, ethical conduct, and trust.
