Melissa conceived Acorn To Oak Media Group as a business incubator, with roots in the local community. She specializes in developing and implementing media strategies for start-ups and companies poised for growth that take them to the next level. Melissa has tremendous hands-on experience in marketing, media buying, content creation, branding and serial entrepreneurship. Her roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, and collaborative nature is what drives the successful outcomes of our clients. Melissa is on-call, all the time, growing Acorn to Oak and pursuing opportunities to connect with and mentor emerging entrepreneurs. In her role as a board member for the Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce, in the town she grew up in, she has been contributing to the growth of the Chamber and it’s member’s businesses. Now, she’s taking it to the next level, with the Creation of The Business Incubator.
