The Caring Community Center is happy to announce that we currently have female DSP’s ready to begin working and have others who will be available soon. We are able to provide services with the available DSP’s in Mercer, Burlington and parts of Monmouth Counties. All DSP’s are well equipped with the needed experience and skill set to be a successful DSP and are eager to begin providing services to new individuals.

Also, if any of the individuals you work with have family members, friends or current caregivers who are interested in being hired as DSP’s we do offer top tier payment and we are very hands on throughout the entire onboarding process and all days thereafter. DSP’s who work 40+ hours per week (whether self-hired or provided by our agency) are offered benefits packages as well!!!
